Important: If no service is availed after inspection, a visit charge of AED 49 applies.

Know This Before You Book:

• The service starts at AED 129 for the first hour, with AED 65 charged for every additional 30 minutes.
• If the service is booked but not used, a 30-minute fee will apply.
• If you request a quote but choose not to proceed, 50% of the visit fee will be charged.
• canceling within 2 hours of your appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the booking value.
• Please mention your TV size in the instructions section at checkout.
• Let us know in advance if a ladder is required for the installation.
• Heavy or complex setups may need extra time or assistance.
• Additional materials needed (e.g., brackets, screws or cables) will be billed separately at AED 40. We’re happy to help source them, but availability may take 2–3 days depending on the market. In rare cases where materials are unavailable, the booking fee is non-refundable.
• For drilling on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), please arrange permits in advance.
• Please ensure full access to the work area so our technician can complete the job smoothly. If access or permits are unavailable, the service fee will still apply.
