professionals or users, though we conduct background checks.

communication including appointment and marketing updates.
Service Scope: LifeEasy aggregates various home services provided by licensed
third parties.
Medical Data and Liability: For Lab Test services, LifeEasy is an aggregator, and
medical data is handled by healthcare facilities, which bear medical liability.
Payment and Refund Policy: Payments accepted online using Visa and MasterCard
in AED. Refunds are processed in the original mode of payment.
Quality Assurance: We conduct regular inspections and follow-ups to ensure
service quality.
Issue Reporting: Report missing/stolen items within 48 hours and damaged items
within 24 hours.
