bookings straightforward and hassle-free. Whether your schedule has changed or

you’ve had a change of plans, here’s how you can easily modify your bookings on

LifeEasy.

Steps to Reschedule or Cancel Your LifeEasy Booking:

1 Go to Your Bookings:

Navigate to the ‘Bookings’ section where you can see all your scheduled services.

2. Select the Booking to Modify:

Choose the specific booking you wish to reschedule or cancel.3. Rescheduling Your Service:

To reschedule, select Edit This Booking then ‘Reschedule’ option.

Pick a new date and time that suits your schedule and confirm the changes.

4. Cancelling Your Service:

If you need to cancel, choose the ‘Cancel Booking’ option.

You may be asked to provide a reason for cancellation – this helps us improve our

services. Confirm your cancellation.

5. Confirmation of Changes:

Once you reschedule or cancel, you’ll receive a confirmation via notification and/or

email.
