Important: If no service is availed after inspection, a visit charge of AED 49 applies.

What’s Included:

Know This Before You Book:

• The service starts at AED 129 for the first hour, with AED 65 charged for every additional 30 minutes.
• A 30-minute fee applies if the service is booked but not used.
• If you request a quote but choose not to proceed, 50% of the visit fee will apply.
• Canceling within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the booking value.
• Please share any details (type of light/switch, quantity, height) in the instruction section when booking.
• Heavier or more complex fittings may require additional time or assistance.
• Additional materials needed (e.g., switches, bulbs or wiring)will be billed separately with an additional procurement fee of AED 40.
• We’re happy to help source additional materials, but availability may take 2–3 days depending on the market. In rare cases where materials are unavailable, the booking fee is non-refundable.
• For drilling work on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), please arrange required permits in advance.
• Please ensure full access to the work area so our technician can complete the job smoothly. If access or permits are unavailable, the service fee will still apply.
