Know This Before You Book:

• Count AC units by the number of thermostats
• Let us know if filters need replacing—we’ll bring spares
• Not suitable for ducts behind sealed ceilings/walls
• Prepare permits before the visit to avoid delays or cancellation fees 
• AC Y-strainers are not included in the cleaning service as they are part of internal piping system & require MEP services.
