What’s Included: ✅ Installation/repair of single standard door lock ✅ Lock mechanism repairs (excluding smart locks & key-making) ✅ On-site assessment of lock fit & door alignment   Know This Before You Book: The service starts at AED 129 for the first hour, with AED 65 charged for every additional 30 minutes. A 30-minute fee applies if the service is booked but not used. If you request a quote but choose not to proceed, 50% of the visit fee will be charged. Canceling within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the booking value. Key-making & smart lock services are not included. Additional materials needed (e.g., locks, screws or plates) will be billed separately with an additional procurement fee of AED 40. We’re happy to help source additional materials, but availability may take 2–3 days depending on the market. In rare cases where materials are unavailable, the booking fee is non-refundable. For drilling on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), please arrange permits in advance. Please ensure full access to the work area so our technician can complete the job smoothly. If access or permits are unavailable, the service fee will still apply.
