When the Heat’s Off, We’re On It

Whether your oven won’t heat, won’t close, or just won’t cook right—we’ve got the fix. Our techs handle repairs on-site or off-site, so you can get back to baking (and heating) in no time.

Important: If no service is availed after inspection, a visit charge of AED 49 applies.

What’s Included:

Know This Before You Book:

• AED 129 covers the first hour of service; AED 75 is charged for every additional 30 minutes.
• A 30-minute fee applies if the service is booked but not used.
• If a quote is provided but the service isn’t approved, 50% of the visit fee will still apply.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booking value.
• If off-site service is required, our technician will advise during the visit.
• Additional materials needed (e.g., thermostats or hinges) will be billed separately with an additional procurement fee of AED 40.
• We’re happy to help source additional materials, but availability may take 2–3 days depending on the market. In rare cases where materials are unavailable, the booking fee is non-refundable.
• For drilling work on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), please arrange required permits in advance.
• Full access to the work area is needed—service charges apply even if the work cannot proceed due to access or permits.
