Whether it’s not cooling, leaking, or making odd noises—our pros will diagnose and fix your fridge efficiently. On-site or off-site, we’ll make sure everything stays fresh.

Important: If no service is availed after inspection, a visit charge of AED 49 applies.

Know This Before You Book:

• AED 129 covers the first hour; AED 75 is charged for every additional 30 minutes.
• A 30-minute fee applies if the service is booked but not used.
• If a quote is given but you choose not to proceed, 50% of the visit fee will apply.
• canceling within 2 hours of the appointment incurs a 50% fee of the booking value.
• If off-site service is needed, we’ll let you know during the visit.
• Additional materials needed (e.g., compressors or thermostats) will be billed separately with an additional procurement fee of AED 40. We’re happy to help source additional materials, but availability may take 2–3 days depending on the market. In rare cases where materials are unavailable, the booking fee is non-refundable.
• For drilling work on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), please arrange required permits in advance.
• Full access to the work area is needed—service charges apply even if the work cannot proceed due to access or permits.
