From broken drums to draining issues, we fix your washing machine fast. Whether it’s a quick fix or needs an off-site repair, our pros will have your laundry routine back in motion.

Important: If no service is availed after inspection, a visit charge of AED 49 applies.

What’s Included:

✅ Off-site repairs if needed (3–4 day turnaround)

Know This Before You Book:

• The service starts at AED 119 for the first hour, with AED 75 charged for every additional 30 minutes.
• A 30-minute fee applies if the service is booked but not used.
• If you request a quote but choose not to proceed, 50% of the visit fee will apply.
• Canceling within 2 hours of the appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the booking value.
• If off-site repair is required, our technician will inform you during the visit.
• Additional materials needed (e.g., motors, valves or belts) will be billed separately with an additional procurement fee of AED 40.
• We’re happy to help source additional materials, but availability may take 2–3 days depending on the market. In rare cases where materials are unavailable, the booking fee is non-refundable.
• For drilling work on Sundays, Public Holidays, or after 5 PM (Mon–Sat), please arrange required permits in advance.
• Full access to the work area is needed—service charges apply even if the work cannot proceed due to access or permits.
